Tim Corbett directs ThinkSpace, an agency specializing in social
marketing and development of health and social service programmes. He
has a background in business, marketing and health and has developed
programmes and strategies for organisations such as IMAC,Vodafone NZ +
Australia, Cancer Society, FCB, Dept of Statistics, and Maori
SIDS. Tim was also a member of the CTRU team who developed STOMP
(Stop Smoking Over Mobile Phones) and is finishing his PhD in the use
of TXT messaging to help people quit smoking. Currently Tim is part of
the consortium team developing the social marketing campaign for the
Let's Beat Diabetes strategy for CMDHB and develops the LiveSmart
(www.livesmart.org.nz) strategy
for the Cancer Society. Married with 5 children, his biggest health
promotion work though occurs at home!
