Henare Anderson is Ngapuhi and Te Rarawa , He is a Health Promoter for Te Hauora O Te Hiku O Te Ika. He enjoys working with Whanau, Hapu and Iwi in Muriwhenua developing programmes to promote healthy lifestyles through Nutrition and Physical Activity and to reduce numbers in Maori with Diabetes, Cardiovascular Disease and changing environments for the future by making more mahi, kainga, takaaro wahi Auahi Kore i nga wa katoa. All this is achievable by being part of a awesome effective Health Promotions Team and Maori Organisation. As well as a kaimahi Henare has also been a Bro within the brofiles and he will be sharing these experiences.
