You are invited to a two day workshop to be held at Te Papa, Wellington, on the 13 - 14 of March.
$50 + GST (total of $56.25). On receipt of your payment we will confirm your place at the workshop.
Cheques can be made payable to ‘PHARMAC’ and posted to PO Box 10254, Wellington.
These costs will need to be settled on an individual basis. We can help with booking accommodation. As it is a busy time of year with International Cricket and the Arts Festival underway we have reserved rooms at four hotels near the venue (see registration form). To avoid disappointment we suggest you get in early and register your place and accommodation.
Please use the online form to register. Once you have registered we will contact you by email to let you know that your registration is being progressed. Once payment is made, your place will be confirmed.
This workshop is not a talk fest and presentations are minimal. It is a workshop where you will interact with and learn from your peers and the experts in the room, problem solve and walk away with tools and a plan.
If you have any questions about anything to do with the workshop please e-mail oneheartmanylives@pharmac.govt.nz. We will get back to you within 48 hours of your query being sent.
Thank you.
